We provide Clerk of Works, quality assurance and contract compliance services on complex electrical, civil and building works — acting as the client's representative on site from first inspection through to closeout.
We report to the client, never the contractor. Findings are recorded exactly as found. Works are verified against Eskom distribution and transmission technical standards. Every inspection produces a defensible, dated written record. From our Free State base, we deploy to sites across South Africa.

Three assignments illustrating the scope, scale and delivered outcome of a Dimacha quality mandate.
A new bulk supply substation feeding nearby substations and supporting residential and industrial development across the wider Ekurhuleni area. Supervised civil works including foundations for 2 × 20 MVA transformers and the control building. Oversaw installation, testing and commissioning of 88 kV switchgear and cable terminations.
Upgrade of an existing substation from 11 kV to 33 kV, executed under live-network outage constraints. Supervised decommissioning of 11 kV equipment and installation of new 33 kV switchgear. Oversaw structural reinforcement of the control building for new panels and protection systems.
Bay extension to the existing intake to accommodate a new 20 MVA transformer. Supervised cable end foundations, earth mat rewiring and gantry foundations. Oversaw structural steelwork erection. Verified compliance with Eskom standards throughout execution.
